Duo involved in Second Link road rage incident nabbed

Two people who were involved in the road rage incident at the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) at the Second Link recently have been arrested.

The two suspects, a 46-year-old woman and an 18-year-old Singaporean male were detained on Thursday (July 14).
