Drunk driver gives stupid excuse to get off the hook

A motorist in Nong Khai, believed to be under the influence of alcohol, had driven for five kilometers against traffic. Local authorities managed to halt the driver and prevented an accident and after being apprehended, the man said he thought he was driving in Laos.
