After opening the third symposium on Railway Infrastructure and Engineering at the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman's Sungai Long campus on Thursday, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong told reporters that it would not be surprising for some Pakatan Harapan states to "make a U-turn" and decide to hold their state elections together with the general election.
