Dr M: Muslim nations can compete with developed countries, but attitude must improve

Muslim countries can compete with other developed nations if they have the desire to equip themselves with better knowledge and strong capabilities, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Prime Minister said that in his speech at the Muslim Welfare Organisation of Malaysia (Perkim) 58th national Annual General Meeting on Saturday (Nov 30).

Dr Mahathir also expressed disappointment that none of the 52 Muslim countries were categorised as a developed nation.
