Dr M: Discussing religion okay as long as it's done in a rational manner

For a multi-religious country to be stable, any discussion about religion should not involve running down others, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said on Monday.

He was met by reporters after officiating an international colloquium on “Demystifying Islamophobia: Towards a Deeper understanding of Islam”, organised by the Institute of Islamic Understanding of Malaysia (Ikim).
