Don't stop learning: Ramanan urges workers to upskill, bosses to invest in training

Malaysia aims to build a more dynamic, technology-driven workforce under the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP), targeting a minimum monthly wage of RM3,000 by 2030 and reducing reliance on low-skilled jobs. says Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan.
Speaking at the Labour Day celebration at Bukit Jalil on Friday, Ramanan said the government is also reforming 26 labour laws to keep pace with future job demands.
Ramanan also urged employers to invest in fair wages and skills development, while encouraging workers to upskill amid the growing impact of AI.
