Dine-in allowed under conditional MCO but limited to two per table, says Ismail Sabri

Dining-in at restaurants and hawker centres, public transport services and e-hailing will be available for residents of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya despite the conditional movement control order (MCO) that will be enforced starting Wednesday (Oct 14).

Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that on Tuesday and assured the public that activities in the business, economic and industrial sectors can operate during the 14-day order.

Ismail Sabri said that since there is no shutdown involving the public and private sector, transport services including express buses, LRT, stage buses, taxis and e-hailing services will be allowed to operate.

Operating hours for wet markets are from 6am to 2pm, pasar tani from 6am to noon and pasar malam (night markets) from 4pm to 10pm.

Private and public clinics and hospitals can provide 24-hour services while operating hours for pharmacies and drugstores during the conditional MCO is 8am to 11pm.
