Dewan Rakyat Speaker on a modern day Parliament

Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Mohd Ariff Md Yusof is aiming to build a new parliamentary culture and proper mindset to achieve a modern day parliament.

However, Mohd Ariff says the spoiler comes in when MPs from both sides of the political divide behave uncouthly by shouting obscenities, calling each other names and bringing in ceramah issues as part of a debate.
