Delay in appointment of former SPAD staff causes backlogs at APAD counters

Delays in appointing former staff members of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) into agencies under the Transport Ministry have caused operational problems at the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) offices.

Transport Minister Anthony Loke highlighted the issue during a press conference after visiting the APAD office on Friday.
