Defence lawyer: Ahmad Zahid did not commit criminal breach of trust

The Kuala Lumpur High Court was told on Wednesday that one of the charges against former deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi of alleged embezzlement of Yayasan Akalbudi’s funds did not mention the sales agreement and purchase of a hotel in Bali, Indonesia.
