DBKL online services disrupted, full recovery by May 23, says mayor

Several of DBKL’s online systems have faced technical disruptions since late April, affecting public access, mayor Datuk Seri Maimunah Mohd Sharif said.

She told reporters on Sunday (May 18) that recovery is underway, with full functionality of major services expected by May 20–23.

Maimunah also assured that backup data remains intact and is working with Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and National Cyber Security Agency (Nacsa) to enhance cybersecurity and prevent future issues.
