Covid-19: Record daily high of 7,289 new infections, 726 patients in ICU

Malaysia has recorded the highest number of daily Covid-19 infections yet, at 7,289 cases on Tuesday (May 25), as well as highest in the number of patients in intensive care units (ICU) have gone up to an all-time high of 726.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said in the same 24-hour period, there were 60 fatalities, bringing the death toll to 2,369.
