Covid-19: Price of vaccine to be refined before it is finalised, says Health DG

The price of the Covid-19 vaccine offered by Covid-19 Vaccine Global Access (Covax) is one of the issues to be refined before the government commits to procure it, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general said that on Monday, stressing the importance for the ministry to ensure that every vaccine used in the country was safe for the public.

Dr Noor Hisham added that besides setting the price before successfully produced the vaccine, Covax also offers it at different prices to different nations.
