Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told a press conference on Tuesday (June 21) that the government has distributed Pfizer’s antiviral drug, Paxlovid, to private hospitals to treat Covid-19 patients with mild to moderate symptoms or category 2 and 3.

He said patients do not have to pay for the drug but are still subject to consultation charges and other related charges determined by the private health facility.
