Covid-19: Nine new cases, three recoveries and no new deaths

Nine new Covid-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours, but there have been no new deaths, says Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general said that in the daily press release update on Covid-19 pandemic on Saturday (Aug 1), adding that three more cases have recovered fully and the total number of recovered cases stands at 8,647 cases.

Dr Noor Hisham also reminded the public that the enforcement of mandatory face masks in public transport and crowded areas had begun.
