Covid-19: New record deaths and ICU cases, 8,868 new cases nationwide

Malaysia reported yet another new high in Covid-19 fatalities on Thursday at 135.

8,868 new infections were recorded in the past 24 hours -the country’s second highest daily figure of all time, while the number of patients in intensive care units nationwide also recorded a new daily record, at 952.
