There is no need to reopen the Health Ministry’s low-risk quarantine centre at the Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) as of now, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham.

The Health director-general said that on Thursday, adding that the Sungai Buloh Hospital is still equipped with 400 beds for Covid-19 patients and the ministry can reopen MAEPS if needed.

Dr Noor Hisham said it is more important that the ministry has gained the experience of setting up the centre within three days.
