Covid-19: Ministry says disinfection box, tunnel not effective

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there is no evidence that the use of disinfection box, chamber or tunnel is effective in curbing the spread of Covid-19.

At a press conference on Wednesday, he said the duration of between 20 and 30 seconds in such facilties would not be enough to disinfect a person effectively.
