Some employers have begun negotiating with their workers on various options including taking unpaid leave during the movement control order, says SME Association of Malaysia president Datuk Michael Kang.

Other business associations and federations also welcomed the government's push for employers to talk to their workers on more options to stay their businesses afloat.
