Covid-19: Another 8,817 cases, number stays at four figures for third day

Malaysia recorded 8,817 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, making it the third day infections have remained in four figures.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said of the 8,817 cases reported, 182 cases (2.1%) were in Categories Three, Four and Five, while 8,635 cases (97.9%) consisted of those in Categories One and Two.
