Court upholds businessman’s death sentence in murder of Chee Gaik Yap

The Putrajaya Court of Appeal has upheld the death sentence of Shahril Jaafar for murdering Chee Gaik Yap 12 years ago.

Chee was raped and her body dumped at the housing estate after being abducted while she was jogging in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
