Court orders woman accused of killing bedridden mother to undergo psych evaluation

A 49-year-old woman was charged at the Ipoh Magistrate's Court on Friday (Oct 2) with murdering her elderly mother last month.

Chew Loong Thye was charged with the murder of 70-year-old Ching Lai Kheng at a house in Taman Wang, Menglembu, on the night of Sept 27.
