Counting their blessings in crisis

After several months of forced closures, non-Muslim places of worship are starting to welcome back eager devotees and congregants as the government allowed them to reopen during the National Recovery Plan (NRP) period starting Aug 10.

While religious institutions in the Klang Valley that have resumed operations said they are adhering to strict guidelines to safeguard visitors, several others have opted to remain closed to visitors amidst concerns of rising Covid-19 infections.
