Cops to set up mobile station to manage security during Najib's potential prison transfer

A mobile police station is scheduled to be stationed outside former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's residence in Jalan Langgak Duta at 7am on Monday (Sept 21) as part of security preparations for his possible transfer from prison.

Sentul OCPD ACP Anuar Bakri Abdul Salam said the deployment was aimed at managing security during Najib's possible return, including the presence of media, supporters and neighbours, as well as potential traffic congestion. However, he stressed that the mobile police station was not intended to guard Najib around the clock.
