Cops place 113 refugees under security monitoring at KL headquarters

Police have temporarily placed 113 refugees under security monitoring at the Kuala Lumpur contingent police headquarters after they were transferred there on July 27 night for documentation and verification.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus said the group, accompanied by representatives from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), was moved to the police headquarters at about 8.50pm.
