Cops nab 1,066 in scam call centre raids in KL

A total of 1,066 individuals were detained in connection with their involvement in scam call centres in Kuala Lumpur, says Comm Datuk Allaudeen Abdul Majid.

The city police chief said in his speech at the KL police monthly assembly on Wednesday (Dec 20) that police are aware of the threat of scams and are going all out to curb it.
