Sabah Education Department will be investigating into the claims by concerned parents over the of pupils in Papar district taking ‘Ghost Smoke’ candy power which makes seem like they are inhaling cigarettes.

It was reported that the candy was sold freely in Sabah towns such as Papar and Kota Kinabalu.
