Officers in commanding positions and key personnel dealing with finances must comply with asset declaration requirements, says Armed Forces chief Jen Datuk Malek Razak Sulaiman.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday (Feb 16), after his first official address to the troops, Jen Malek Razak noted that these regulations are not new and have been in practice previously.
