An 18-year-old college student has been killed in a freak accident after he was hit by a sickle carried by a foreign worker on a motorcycle in Teluk Intan.

Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Dr Bakri Zainal Abidin said in the incident on Monday (March 9), the pillion rider was carrying the sickle that cut the victim's neck while on the road.
