Clean-up begins in Hualien after quakes jolt Taiwan

Clean up efforts began following a series of quakes that rattled Taiwan's Hualien in the wee hours of Tuesday (April 23). The Central Weather Administration said a spate of more than 200 earthquakes starting on April 22 afternoon were aftershocks from the large 7.2 magnitude quake on April 3 that killed at least 17 people.
