Not all cases involving the former telco chief executive officer who allegedly molested his daughters have been classified as NFA (no further action), say police.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said on Tuesday that of the 17 police reports lodged against the CEO, some were still under active investigation.

He, however, declined to specify how many cases were classified as NFA.

Comm Huzir added that all of the cases, including those classified as NFA, were currently being reviewed and that if there is a need to reopen the cases, the police will do so.

The Star reported on May 25 that the former telco CEO had allegedly molested his own children, with at least 15 police reports lodged by his former wife against him since 2015.

Both have joint custody of their two daughters and one son.
