Chinese tourist gets lifetime ban from Thailand after damaging airport immigration gate

A tourist from China has been permanently banned from Thailand after kicking and forcing his way through an automated passport control gate at Suvarnabhumi Airport on May 13.

Liwei Zheng grew frustrated when the e-gate failed to respond, damaging the glass gate and pushing through without completing immigration clearance.
