Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) should set up its own university press as the next milestone in its academic journey, said TAR UMT board of governors chairman Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy at the launch of a book by associate professor Dr Monna Ong on Monday (May 4).
