100-year-old Kiew Woon Siew was the first to be honoured by the Perak National Registration Department under its nationwide programme “JPN Walkabout-Perkhidmatan Terbaik Untuk Rakyat Negaraku” in conjunction with National and Malaysia Day celebrations. Kiew shared the secret to his longevity when presented with his new MyKad and presents on Thursday.
