At a press conference on Friday, Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Comm Datuk Seri Amar Singh answered questions revolving police investigation into 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).

Comm Amar said more people will be called up in the police investigation soon including Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and confirmed that former 1MDB chief executive officer and president Arul Kanda Kandasamy had been called in for questioning twice.

The CCID chief also disputed claims by blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin that police stole RM43.3mil following raids at various premises linked to Najib in May, saying that the allegation is "simply ludicrous".
