Car salesman charged with reckless driving, causing deaths of three people

A car salesman pleaded not guilty in the Seri Manjung Magistrate’s Court on Monday (Sept 6) to three counts of reckless driving that caused the deaths of two motorcyclists and a pillion rider last month.

A.R. Sathiya Ganes, 38, was accused of committing the offences at KM 4 of Jalan Kampung Acheh-Sitiawan at 5.30pm on August 21, 2021.
