Drugs such as Captagon is a type of stimulant used by terrorist groups to make them feel “invincible” or “daring” especially those who want to carry out suicide bombings, said Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay after attending the Police Day celebrations in Johor Baru on Thursday.
