A major decision will be made by the Cabinet on Friday (Oct 17) concerning the recent incidents, including the stabbing and rape cases at schools, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister said he had discussed the matter briefly with ministers and several individuals.
