Butterworth court sets June 18 case management for eight in crime group case

The Butterworth Sessions Court has set case management for June 18 for eight people charged with being members of an organised crime group known as Geng Adik Labu Besar, pending consent to move the case to the High Court.
Judge Roslan Hamid set the date on Monday (May 4) after being told that documents pertaining to the case needed to be presented, while Deputy Public Prosecutor Maryam Jamielah Abdul Manaf said they were still awaiting consent to prosecute for the transfer to the High Court.
