Outspoken Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin says he has been unfairly targeted, following a move to cite him to the Parliament's Rights and Privileges Committee later on Thursday evening. He instead called for action against all MPs who have previously uttered obscene words in Parliament.
