Bukit Bintang MP Fong explains Ramadan bazaar scandal

Bukit Bintang MP Fong Kui Lun on Wednesday lodged a report at the Dang Wangi police station in Kuala Lumpur over a scandal involving the collection of rent of up to RM5,000 for each lot at the Jalan Masjid India Ramadan bazaar. He was dragged into the case after he issued a letter of support for Bukit Bintang Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia Youth chief Mohd Noorhisyam Abd Karim who applied for the lots on behalf of 80 hawkers.
