Bukit Aman investigating detainee’s death in UKM hospital

Bukit Aman is investigating possible misconduct or breach of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the death of a detainee at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM) on Oct 1, says Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus.

He said the cause of death remained undetermined pending Chemistry Department and pathology reports, and urged the public not to speculate while investigations continue.
