In tabling Budget 2024 at the Dewan Rakyat on Friday (Oct 13), Prime Minister and Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government has allocated RM2.4bil to build, maintain and repair quarters for civil servants, teachers, hospital staff, policemen, soldiers and firefighters.
