Budget 2022: Initiatives to ensure safe reopening of economy

To reduce the risk and transmission of Covid-19, Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz said the government would introduce various initiatives, including tax deduction for the cost of renovation and renewal of premises up to RM300,000.

Such renovations are for better compliance of the standard operating procedure during the Covid-19 pandemic.
