Budget 2021: M'sia's economy to grow by between 6.5% and 7.5%

Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz started his speech on the tabling of Budget 2021 at Parliament at 4.27pm on Friday.

He pointed out that Malaysia has gone through a challenging year in 2020 with the Covid-19 pandemic and never in modern history the country had a plague that caused such an impact.

He said the government expects the nation's economy to recover in 2021 and to grow by between 6.5% and 7.5% in line with the stimulus packages and Budget 2021.
