Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said the Government will have to balance between managing tight fiscal circumstances and spurring economic growth as outlined in Budget 2019.

He added that a few initiatives under the Budget will help increase the household income of the B40 and M40 groups.
