Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Aug 4) that the Consumer Credit Commission (CCC) is studying the plans to adopt a code of conduct for credit practices, including the interest rates charged by providers.
