A fuel subsidy scheme where the rich will pay more compared to the lower income group is being considered, says Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.

The International Trade and Industry Minister on Saturday (May 21) said the ministry was mulling a targeted fuel subsidy to benefit the lower income group.
