The Employees Provident Fund (KWSP) has come under fire on social media following a Facebook post detailing how a cancer patient – despite being bedridden – was told to come to the KWSP office in person before she could make a withdrawal.

The post has been shared over 8,000 times, with many netizens condemning the unfriendly service provided by KWSP.
