Federal Territories Deputy Minister Datuk Seri Dr Edmund Santhara Kumar, who visited the Aeon Mall Metro Prima in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, advised consumers especially those in the B40 group to be smart consumers to purchase cooking oil subsidised by the Government.
